Q. Do you sell wristbands in quantities of less than 500?
A. No. Because we sell 500 for only $12.50, we always sell a minimum of 500 each time.

Q. Will you substitute my color choice for another?
A. No. We will only sell you what you order.

Q. Can I write on the Tyvek wristbands?
A. Yes! You can easily write on any of our Tyvek wristbands with a marker pen or a Sharpie.

Q. Are any wristbands fluorescent? Do they glow under a blacklight?
A. Yes! Any of our Tyvek designs/styles called NEON will glow under a U/V or Blacklight.

Q. How can I contact you?
A. Our office in Atlanta, GA is open from 9am-6pm ET from Monday to Thursday and from 9am-5:30pm on Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Our phone number is 877-725-4881. You can contact us via Live Chat during normal business hours or via Twitter.

Q. I'm in hurry and I live nearby. Can I pick up my wristbands in person?

Q. If I order today, when will my order ship?
A. If you pay for your order before 2pm EST from Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST or purchased on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.

* Please note: Custom wristbands take a couple of extra business days to print and process. We do not offer same day shipping, or local pickup for custom wristbands *

Q. How long will FedEx take to deliver my wristbands?
A. You'll find all the information you need about delivery times on our shipping page.

Q. Are the wristbands secure?
A. Yes. Security cuts on each tab of the Tyvek wristbands will tear if tampered with. This will prevent any transferring. The plastic wristbands have a one-time use snap and cannot be transferred or used again.

Q. Are the wristbands available in different sizes?
A. No. One size fits all.

Q. Are the Tyvek wristbands numbered?
A. Yes. Each Tyvek wristband is numbered to make it easy to manage your inventory. Our Plastic wristbands are not numbered.

Q. What are the dimensions of your Tyvek wristbands?
A. Our wristbands are 3/4" wide and 10" long. They are available in bright colors and patterns making them very easy to identify.

A. Our wristbands are 3/4" wide and 11" long. They are available in bright colors and patterns making them very easy to identify.

Q. How are the Tyvek wristbands used?
A. Each Tyvek wristband has an adhesive tab. Simply peel off the tab to expose the adhesive closure, wrap the wristband around the customer's wrist and secure. Each wristband only takes seconds to place on each guest's wrist.

Q. How are the Plastic wristbands used?
A. Simply wrap the wristband around the customer's wrist and snap the closure together. Each plastic wristband has one time use snap. Plastic wristbands also only take a couple of seconds to place on each guest.

Q. What are the Tyvek wristbands made of?
A. Our wristbands are made of a material called Tyvek®. They are comfortable, water-proof and they won't tear or stretch.

Q. Is your logo, website or phone number printed on the wristband?
A. No. There are NO company markings on the wristbands.

Q. Do you sell silicon or rubber wristbands?
A. No. Not yet!

Q. Can I make custom wristbands?
A. Yes! You can customize either our Plastic or Tyvek wristbands. For more information visit our custom wristband page.

Q. Can I pick up my wristbands in person?
A. Of course! Come say hello :) - Our office is located at 1369 Spring St. Atlanta, GA 30309. It's probably easier to place your order online, and then ask us to refund the shipping fee. You're also able to come down to our office and purchase our generic Tyvek and Plastic wristbands in person. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. (view map)
