TA Ticket Printing/EventWristbands.com is one of the fastest growing suppliers of event wristbands in the US and Europe. As we aggressively look to continue the rapid growth of our company, our team is in search of an experienced Sales Representative charged with expanding our burgeoning event wristband and ticket sales division. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals. 

• Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sale of event wristbands and custom ticket printing from lead generation to close in a national market
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Developing relationships within the market, not limited to festivals, venues, bars, nightclubs, churches, schools, YMCA's and event producers
  • Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using Salesforce to maintain accurate records.

• Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2-3 years previous outside sales experience
  • Experienced Salesforce user
  • Cold calling expert
  • Additional daily duties include printing, fulfilling and mailing of tickets and other tasks related to customer service.

Compensation

• Competitive Salary starting at $25,000 plus commission

Position Available: Customer Service Representative

EventWristbands.com/TA Ticket Printing currently has an open position for a full-time Customer Service Representative. You'll be working as part of a team preparing proofs and printing custom tickets for events all over the country. In addition you'll assist with customers purchasing event wristbands. 

• Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, provide help, suggestions, recommendations and advice to customers.
  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding their orders.
  • Provide web site assistance to users.
  • Answer questions about ticket printing and events wristbands to provide customers with the best customer service in the business.
  • Additional daily duties include packing orders, preparing shipments and quality control.

Fantastic career progression and development opportunities are available. Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but full training will be given. An excellent telephone manner, a genuine interest in customer service and intermediate computer skills are essential.

The full-time position requires a high level of accuracy, exemplary customer service and premium phone skills.
