This limitation includes specifically any claim you may have against TA Ticket Printing, LLC for lost profits or other economic damages as a result of TA Ticket Printing, LLC’s conduct (or lack thereof) in response to the order you placed on this website. Your acceptance of this limitation of liability clause is a condition precedent to TA Ticket Printing, LLC accepting your order, and your submission of an order indicates your express agreement thereto.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return the whole unused order for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, you must contact us first for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) No wristbands may be returned to EventWristbands.com or exchanged without our written consent.

No partial boxes may be returned.
In the event your refund or exchange is accepted you assume all responsibility for shipping the wristbands back to Eventwristbands.com via a traceable method.

Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00pm ET (11am PT) will ship the same day Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 2:00pm ET will be shipped the following business day (except on Holidays).
No orders leave our office on Saturday or Sunday.

While FedEx guarantees it's delivery services, extreme weather conditions and other acts beyond our control may affect delivery times.

All orders are shipped from our office in Atlanta, GA except for custom orders which ship from another facility.
FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards & debit cards. We are fully PCI compliant and your data is fully secure. When submitting your order, the billing address and CVV2 code must match with the information your bank/credit card company has on file with otherwise the transaction will be delined. If your bank or credit card does not verify your billing address and/or CVV2 your transaction will be declined. We do not accept prepaid Visa/MasterCard/American Express Gift Cards or Pre-Paid cards.
